What a beautiful day for a ride. I still have a little fitness left over from my Lotoja training so I decided to get out and enjoy the SPECTACULAR fall colors with a 50 mile ride with 5800 feet of climbing. John and I met at the summit of Alpine Loop. He climbed from the Provo Canyon side and I climbed from the American Fork Canyon Side. We rode the 15 mile round trip out to Cascade Springs together.Saturday, September 26, 2009

We are glad you enjoy getting away and pedaling on skinny tires now and then. The scenery looks like a nice bonus - thanks for the pictures.
ReplyDeleteGood to have you back in Utah enjoying the altitude air.
